TEFL Iberia‘s 4 week intensive teacher course is a great way to start your career as an English teacher. The tutors and all other people working at the school are very committed, professional and knowledgeable. The course is well-structured and allows you to get a lot of teaching practice with lovely local students. On top of that you have the opportunity to gain a lot of English grammar know-how in a fast and efficient way and learn a foreign language too. I’d definitely highly recommend this course.

Such an incredible academy. The amount of support you receive from your tutors is beyond amazing, the small group environment allows for the perfect amount of time dedicated to you with a tutor to ensure you are getting the most out of the course. Throughout the duration of the course I was equipped with all the skills and knowledge to allow me to enter the real world as a confident ESL teacher. The location of the school is perfect, the facilities are great and the people are even greater. Cannot recommend TEFL Iberia enough!

I highly recommend TEFL Iberia it was a great experience! The staff is amazing with teachers who really care about your future. The course is challenging, but prepares you for the world of teaching English as a second language. They assist you throughout the course with things such as accommodation, finding a job, and visa requirements. I would recommend this school to anyone who wants to become certified or just have an incredible journey in Barcelona. 🙂

Taking this course at TEFL Iberia was 1 of the BEST decisions I have EVER made!!

Don´t even think about it, just do it! The course made me step out of my comfort zone, I got over my fear of standing in front of a class and I learned so much within a month! The course is quite intense, but the end result makes it all worthwhile!! 🙂

You learn different teaching methods, create your own teaching material and get to experience what it´s really like to be a teacher! The tutors are phenomenal, they offer you as much help as they can, but at the same time leave you enough space to be creative and express yourself as a new teacher! Apart from helping you develop your teaching skills, the instructors also help you with your CV, and prepare you for what is to come once the course is over.

The school atmosphere is fantastic and everyone is happy and ready to help you with any enquiry you might have! There are always interesting people in the small library the school offers, making it a great opportunity for you to meet people from around the world. 🙂

A wonderful and unforgettable experience!

I had THE best time at TEFL Iberia. I didn’t really know what to expect before starting the course and it turned out to be nothing but excellent. The course was very intense, but it was so well-structured and the whole staff was so professional and ready to go the extra mile, that in just a month I found myself perfectly able to teach English. When I think about it, I actually feel like Neo in the Matrix, when he learns how to fly a helicopter in only a few seconds 🙂 last but not least, the accommodation service they provided was superb, I had a great experience. The only reason why I wouldn’t recommend it is that when the course is over, you will miss EVERYTHING about it :)!!! Thank you for everything, TEFL Iberia!!!

If you are looking to move to Spain, try something new or make a career change, TEFL IBERIA is the place to start! I had visited Barcelona once and always wanted to come back, so after I graduated college I decided to come here to teach English. I found out about TEFL Iberia through a friend at school, and I am SO glad I chose it. It really is THE BEST English teacher training school in Barcelona.

The course was FANTASTIC. The tutors are extremely competent, experienced and helpful, and were an absolute joy to interact with every day. I had a wonderful group and made LIFELONG FRIENDS with two of my course mates. It is an intensive four weeks, but I wouldn’t have had it any other way. You are thrown right into teaching practice classes, which helps overcome that initial fear of standing in front of a classroom. The assignments and input sessions taught me so much and provided me with a plethora of resources and lesson plan ideas to use as a teacher. We also had a few unknown language classes, to put ourselves in the students’ shoes! That was really fun.

The school atmosphere is so warm and friendly, full of light and also up to date with the latest technology (Mac computers, interactive whiteboards, etc.) Once I finished the course I didn’t want to leave! TEFL Iberia really and truly prepares you to be a successful teacher anywhere in the world, and the staff give you all kinds of career advice. I HIGHLY recommend!

I went to BCN specifically for the course and OMG I loved it. I always wanted to move to another country to teach English. I found TEFL Iberia online and skyped them for an interview the next day. They were so quick to respond and even helped me find a flat in the city. The amount of work was hard at times but sooooo worth it in the end! I loved gaining teaching experience and getting to know the students. I was most worried about the final exams but I studied enough and passed!! Sad to say goodbye to my classmates and the tutors!!! Love you TEFL Iberia!

TEFL Iberia is a fantastic school in the centre of Barcelona. I took the course a couple of months ago on the recommendation of a friend and I would definitely recommend studying here. The school has a fresh and lively vibe with the latest Macs in the library and a nice gallery area to chill out in. The coursework was tricky at times and teaching on the first day was a bit nerve-wracking but I got over it pretty quickly. The instructors were always there to give a helping hand and I felt well equipped to start teaching immediately after. I’m now living in the South of Spain teaching kids. Thanks to everyone at TEFL Iberia.
