A truly hands-on, practical course which can be immediately implemented into your teaching career.

The course, while indeed challenging follows a logical order which aids comprehension.

I competed the 140 hour course along with the ED I course- wow! I am still using the points from my courses some two years later. The course makes that kind of impact on your life as a TELL teacher.

Review I-to-I TEFL (130 hours) + business english module.

The course was exactly what I expected and more. The assignments are based on real situations and are checked in a timely fashion with useful feedback. It might be a hunch but the feedback, although useful, looked like it had been typed in advance as it had a bit of a generic feel.

What I didn’t expect was the extensive information about the circumstances in which you will teach, and ideas for finding and applying for a tefl vacancy. I think this is probably one of the TEFL’s strongest assets.

Tip: Even though the overall course looks very professional, it could be improved by removing the typo’s from the questions and assignments.

I’m working on my own degree in education aside from the tefl, which means that in-classroom-practice isn’t a problem. Yet, i’m pretty sure that this is absolutely crucial for non-teachers, and it should therefor be a mandatory part of the program.

I did the 140hr online combined classroom course whilst I was still in sixth form. I am now working in Spain as a conversation assistant in a primary school. This has given me the teaching experience I needed because whilst doing the course you don’t get to practice teaching real students. If you plan on being a teacher as your profession I can suggest trinity courses that are better and more widely accepted than tefl’s I-to-I, but for a gap year, this has suited me just fine! Thanks TEFl!

I was excited at first however when I had completed my course.. I was sent the certificate very late .. And when they did manage to print and send it it was printed with wrong hours. I did 140 hour course and they had printed 120 hours.

Then after a week all the course content had been taken away.. Which left me nothing to refer to. Which i did complain about and was given another week to make notes on the content.

Furthermore I found out that this course is not recognised by school and other institutions in Saudi Arabia anymore! So basically I wasted £300.

The job board does have vacancies is Saudi Arabia however with very less details of the employer.. So we can’t contact the employer or adress the cover letter to a particular institution.

The course gives you no teaching practice with real students …it is all based online.

I advice you to do the CELTA Course instead.

Initially i To i were keen on getting me to sign up, and seemed to be offering a good service. However once paid for, no contact whatsoever, even after emailing my ‘personal’ contact. No mention either of the placement being sorted by another company.

I did 150 hours with i-to-i, including a 140 hour online and in class course, a 10 hour business English and am currently on an internship with ELC provided by i-to-i. My whole experience with i-to-i has been a positive one and I found the online course helpful and interesting. I-to-i’s team were helpful and informative too.

I did the 120-hour online course and enjoyed it very much. The course includes varied methods of teaching such as brief videos, fill in the blanks, select an answer, give your thoughts and compare them to ours, and more to help you think about the subject and understand the “why” behind it rather than simply taking in information.

For an online course I feel it has given me the training I need to be reasonably confident about teaching. I also found it sufficiently challenging, which a course should be.

The interactive webinars are a most valuable resource because you can benefit from the experience of a teacher first hand and have an opportunity to ask questions at the end.

Thank you i-to-i 🙂

I found the course easy to use and navigate, especially when stepping in and out of sessions.

The material was very clearly presented and the exercises ensure that you have understood the unit’s learning points.

I particularly liked the constructive feedback for the assignments from the course tutors – this was very useful and reassuring.

The price represents great value for money comapred to other EFL online courses.

The online support was also first class.

I found work directly after completing this course (in Switzerland).

I would recommend this course to everyone thinking of teaching EFL anywhere.

I did a lot of internet research before enrolling, to ensure I found a course which suited my situation.

I completed the 120 hour course. I was happy with the price, having received sponsorship to do it by my employer. I was, and still am, teaching English in Japan. So although I have awarded the job placement and practice teaching 5 stars, they were not applicable to me during my study time.

As with any course, different people will get different things from it.

I was already teaching English as a second language, but this is not my main career. As such I found the course material really interesting, sometimes challenging, but ultimately very useful in my own working environment.

It helped me understand what I was doing right, alongside ways to improve my lessons, in particular reaching different learner types and improving the structure of my lessons.

The modules were occasionally challenging, but good practice usually produced most of the correct answers. This was reinforced for me by the module content.

Admittedly there are higher qualifications available, more challenging courses and employment situations requiring a higher training level or a competitive edge at application points, but these don’t apply to me.

So, I found the course to be really great at boosting my confidence, helping me justify my decision making process when preparing my lessons and more effectively communicating with students.

The time frame for completing the modules was more than adequate, the feedback from assessors was useful for me, prompt and easy to understand. I was very happy with my i to i course, it matched my needs more than adequately.

I completed the 120 hour online course and it was fantastic, It helped me understand teaching as well as better my knowledge of the English language. The tutors were amazing and helped me without hesitation. I have suggested I-to-I to all of my peers and will continue to hold this company in high regards.I am now confident enough to continue in the teaching field, I would not have been able to do so without I-to-I and their incredible staff . This is a wonderful course and a overall 5 star rating to the course, company and staff.

Thank you.
