TEFL Worldwide Prague offers a 4-week internationally recognised and accredited TEFL course in the enchanting city of Prague.

Our 130-hour TEFL course provides an excellent insight into TEFL approaches and methods, as well as 6 to 8 hours of hands-on teaching practice in real classrooms. The teaching practice during the TEFL course will give you a solid foundation when beginning your first job teaching English abroad.

We will support you before, during and after the course and help you find a teaching job after graduating. You can stay and teach in Prague or teach all over the world. Graduates usually find work 1-2 weeks after the course. We are part of a large language school in Prague, so many graduates come and work for us straight after the course.

I attended this school a few years ago. The quality of teaching was exceptional. It was also entertaining and it set me up for life with a job that I shall always have a passion for. Since qualifying, I have worked in both India and Thailand. The experiences I had in those places were mind-blowing and simply would not have been possible without this qualification. Right now, I am intending to return to my teaching roots, as it were, as I am seeking a job in Prague. The reason I haven’t put 5 stars for job placement is that this is happening as I ‘speak’, so I am not really qualified myself to give a 5 star rating for this. Overall, great staff, great people and a great month. I would also like to add a few words of warning for potential students; Don’t go into this thinking that it’s going to be easy, because you speak and write English well. The course is tough. I found it much tougher than my Degree! This however is also a positive. Because it’s tough, it’s more valuable to employers! Obviously, I would highly recommend this course though. It was and has been the cause of many great times in my life!

Even though I took the course in Octobe/November, I didn’t have the opportunity to review it up until now. Mainly because I managed to gather so much work thanks to taking the course, it became tough to properly tend to anything else. I cannot stress enough how great this experience was. All the people involved were incredibly kind and helpful all through the course. The skills and knowledge I gained here are priceless. I would recommend TEFL Worldwide in Prague to anyone – foreign or native. I got a job at a language school right after finishing the course and all the people I stayed in touch with after the course found work very fast. Some of our class mates went on to teach in Asia and they also found a job swiftly.

I must again praise the staff for making that one month possibly one of the best months of my life. I was able to explore the English language in a completely new and exciting way.

I completed the TEFL course in November of 2016. Before doing TEFL, I didn’t have any experience teaching and by the end of the 4 weeks I felt very confident in the classroom. The trainers are always there to help and answer questions and they make their lessons fun and interactive. It’s definitely a hard course but it’s worth it. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. I highly recommend this course!

Loved my experience with TEFL Worldwide Prague. The instructors were excellent and the tutors were great as well. I was super happy with the feedback I received throughout the course and the amount of teaching I was able to practice. I would recommend TEFL Worldwide Prague to anyone interested in a TEFL certification program – it was truly an amazing experience.

I attended TEFL Worldwide in November 2016. It is now a little over 2 weeks since graduation, and I have already secured 2 jobs teaching English in Prague. I feel fully capable of teaching English anywhere, to anyone. The combined quality of instruction and continuous support of the staff that this program offers are phenomenal. I have a background in teaching, and still learned an incredible amount during those 4 weeks. I am a much better teacher because of it.

The demand for TEFL teachers is growing and so are the certificate programs – beware, they are not all created equally! If you really want to teach English successfully in foreign countries, invest in a solid training program. Its well worth the time and money. TEFL Worldwide surpassed my expectations on nearly every front. I’m grateful for the experience!

I took the TEFL course back in January 2015. It was intense and difficult but well worth the hrd work to prepare myself for the real world of teaching.

The instructors, Kenny, Dan, Adrienne were all fantastic and true masters of the English language.

I highly reccomend them and would send any friend or family member i terested in being certified.

After I finished the course, I found it sime to get work because I blew them away in my interviews and my sample lesson plan, done while in the course was amazing.

Best of luck future teflers!

To say simply that TEFL has opened doors for me would be an understatement. I am now able to take a learned skill and use it to provide a service to students while getting to travel much more than I ever imagined. What could be better?

The month I spent learning from Kenny and Adrienne and implementing those teaching styles in my teaching practice was beyond helpful. I feel much more prepared for the jobs ahead of me. While all of the grammar lessons may feel daunting at the time I feel as though I retained more from them then I did throughout all of the English courses I have taken thus far in my life. I look forward to getting back to Prague at the beginning of the year to start this new life I’ve chosen.

I heard this from a former student before I began the course and it couldn’t be more true. “It will be hard; you may even cry but I promise you this…it’ll be worth it”. I promise you the same. Take on the challenge. Work your butt off. You’ll thank yourself later.

Thank you to the entire TEFL staff for giving me the knowledge and confidence I needed to start this adventure.

TEFL Worldwide Prague was a life changing course for me. Moving abroad not knowing anyone was a scary but very rewarding experience that TEFL WWP was a large part in. The class was great and prepared me to become a teacher to non native English speakers. The head teachers Kenny and Dan were very supportive and took time outside of class to help if needed. They kept the classes interesting and fun by integrating different ways to learn. After the class was finished TEFL WWP had a job fair and they were completely helpful with matching us with prospective employers. The support after the class was done was so great to have. I would suggest this course to friends and family! I loved it!

The TEFL Worldwide Prague course was an amazing and rewarding experience, surely worth the time and money. The lessons gave us a good look into the difficulties of teaching English and ways to overcome them. The teaching practice prepared was sometimes stressful but, of course, necessary. Feedback was always great to help improve ourselves for the next lesson. The instructors were always helpful and supportive of fixing our teacher mistakes. After the course the job placement continues to be provided by the course, which is a huge benefit. The facilities were comfortable and office resources were extremely useful when planning for lessons. Overall it was an excellent experience for gaining employment as a teacher of English.

TEFL Worldwide Prague exceeded my expectations. From the moment I signed up from the course I was provided with helpful and welcoming information about housing, induction, jobs, getting to the student accommodation, and this continued throughout the course as well.

Kenny and Adrienne are excellent trainers and provide so much information in 4 weeks, as well as the friendly admin staff. From grammar, feedback, lesson planning, teaching, job assistance the TEFL Worldwide staff really covered all basis and the 4 weeks of intense work really paid off.

While the course was challenging and intense, it is manageable and prepares you for teaching on the outside as you start teaching Czech students from the 2nd day.

This course has given me so much confidence and allowed me to grow as a person and discover where I want to be.

I would definitely recommend TEFL Worldwide Prague.
