TEFL Worldwide Prague offers a 4-week internationally recognised and accredited TEFL course in the enchanting city of Prague.

Our 130-hour TEFL course provides an excellent insight into TEFL approaches and methods, as well as 6 to 8 hours of hands-on teaching practice in real classrooms. The teaching practice during the TEFL course will give you a solid foundation when beginning your first job teaching English abroad.

We will support you before, during and after the course and help you find a teaching job after graduating. You can stay and teach in Prague or teach all over the world. Graduates usually find work 1-2 weeks after the course. We are part of a large language school in Prague, so many graduates come and work for us straight after the course.

I did the TEFL course this July 2014 and it was absolutely amazing! The instructors were awesome and I learned so much in one month. I would highly recommend this course to anyone who wants a new adventure and travel. It is a great experience and I made so many new best friends. I feel very prepared to go teach English anywhere!

I would highly recommend this course to anyone who is keen to have great fun while learning to teach in such a beautiful city. The course can be tough at times, however with the high quality teachers; Kenny and Dan backing you all the way along with the support staff. You will have an amazing experience at TEFL Worldwide Prague.

I thought the course was really good and very informative. Considering how intense the course actually was, i really enjoyed it and the instructors were very helpful as were the support staff with job guidance and anything else you need! i would certainly recommend this course to anyone who is interested in teaching in the future.

My four weeks at TEFL Worldwide were probably the most intense of my life… And I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way! I learned so much in my time there, met some really incredible people, and wound up staying in Prague and finding a job almost immediately. Not only that, but I felt confident enough to teach, which I definitely wasn’t the day I landed in Prague! The practice lessons really give you a feel for the teaching experience, and the instructors are ready to answer whatever seemingly irrelevant questions you may have. The office staff are also lovely, they’ve been nothing but friendly and helpful. I’m loving teaching in Prague, and am looking forward to exploring many other places thanks to this course!

I highly recommend TEFL Worldwide in Prague. While the course was a lot more challenging than I anticipated, I was so relieved to find knowledgable and attentive instructors and support staff that are dedicated to training high quality teachers in a collegial and supportive environment.

I gave up everything to travel from the UK to Prague and train at TEFL Worldwide (Jan 2013) – my career in accounts, my flat, and my many possessions. This had to work for me. Luckily I couldn’t have been happier with my choice of school. The course was tough and quite stressful at times, but the trainers were fantastic, my peers were great, and the experience generally awesome. My satisfaction on completion was through the roof and it gave me a massive boost in confidence. I had intended to stay on in Prague but realised quickly the pay was not sufficient to send money home for my future. I had to quickly rethink my plans and can now happily report that I’m flying out to South Korea next week to start my new teaching career. Flight and accommodation are free which give me a fantastic opportunity to save for my future.

When I saw an ad for this school years ago in a newspaper, I knew it was the one I wanted to go to and it did not disappoint in the least. The classes are well-structured and the instructors Kenny & Dan really knew their stuff. I was a bit surprised (and totally nervous!) to be teaching already on Day 2 of the course, but looking back, the many hours of actual teaching time that you do helped me feel so comfortable with it that after the course, I felt like I could start teaching ESL learners the next day, no problem.

TEFL provided me assistance with finding a flat in Prague and they provide you with resources and connections with the great alumni network to find a job all over the world. I am extremely satisfied with this course, and almost 1.5 years later, I am still in Czech Republic teaching and I often think back to the terms and techniques I was taught here.

I attended the March 2014 TEFL course and I was very pleased with the program. The instructors were very knowledgeable and professional and I never feel like my time was wasted.

Now that I have graduated, I work in Prague and I have applied all the lessons we learned at TEFL Worldwide Prague. I interviewed with several companies and now I cooperate with 3 different language schools. I was extremely prepared for the interview process and TEFL Worldwide Prague helped immensely with the job search.

I went through this 4-week intensive program in Nov 2013 and I absolutely loved it. Prior to enrollment, I had assumed I already knew all there was to know about English, as it is my native language. I was in for a rude awakening as I quickly realized that I had much to learn in order to be an English teacher abroad. This program offers hands on experience as you teach courses to Czech students starting your first week of classes. It’s a tough course, but it left me feeling completely prepared and confident to teach abroad.

I highly recommend this course to those planning on staying in Prague, or those uncertain of where you want to teach. TEFL Worldwide Prague does not place you in schools, but they do assist with your resume and finding numerous jobs to apply to.

When deciding to teach English I was extremely lucky when I landed with TEFL Worldwide. Originally I has signed on with another course in Prague and this company closed a few weeks before I was supposed to move. I was led to TEFL Worldwide and they were nothing but helpful in this process. The admissions staff was extremely respondent and helpful from the start. This feeling of genuine care for the students was evident throughout the course.

I have already recommended to many of my friends to partake in this TEFL course. The entire staff worked towards making us all better teachers. It wasn’t as though they were shipping us in to get our money and then leave, they genuinely cared. Though I completed the course two months ago and have a full teaching schedule, the staff at TEFL Worldwide keeps its graduates informed on new positions available in Prague and in other countries as well.

When my first TEFL course fell though I was looking at cancelling my move altogether. Now, I couldn’t be happier with the ways things worked out. The size of the school provided great resources and network abroad. It’s a great course and I would highly recommend it.
